Information and professional services
Website content and educational materials provide general information about public sector business and government contracting. They do not replace a solicitation, agency instructions, applicable requirements, or advice tailored to your circumstances. We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but information can change and historical materials reflect their original dates.
Visiting the website, using the assistant, emailing us, or scheduling a meeting does not create a consulting engagement or authorize NC-RGC to act for you. Service scope, responsibilities, deliverables, and commercial terms are established in a separate written agreement.
Government decisions and independence
NC-RGC is an independent business, not a government agency. References to agencies, procurement programs, or external organizations do not imply government endorsement, affiliation, or partnership. We do not guarantee eligibility, certification, contract award, funding, or any business outcome.
Materials and permitted use
NC-RGC website content, branding, and original materials are owned by NC-RGC or used with permission. You may view the site and use materials expressly offered for download for your own internal business or educational purposes, subject to any stated terms. Do not resell, republish, misrepresent, or remove ownership notices from these materials without permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ terms.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt website operations, introduce harmful code, impersonate others, or use the website to disclose confidential or unlawful material. Do not submit passwords, sensitive procurement information, private client records, or payment details through the assistant or booking notes.
Scheduling, events, and external websites
Consultations are scheduled through Calendly. A meeting is confirmed through that service’s booking process. Events may be organized by third parties; a listing does not imply that NC-RGC hosts or sponsors the event. Confirm dates, session times, registration, accessibility arrangements, and cancellation terms with the organizer. External websites and embedded content are outside NC-RGC’s control and have their own terms and privacy practices.
This website does not process payments or provide a paid-course enrollment system. Any future paid offering will have its applicable terms presented separately.
Website assistant
The assistant provides limited, reviewed public information. It does not provide client information, pricing, individualized advice, bookings, or commitments. Its responses are informational; contact NC-RGC for assistance beyond that scope.
Availability and responsibility
The website and its materials are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NC-RGC makes no warranty of uninterrupted availability, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose and is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on general website information or use of third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
