Information you choose to provide
This website does not have a direct inquiry-submission form, payment checkout, or visitor account database. To discuss services, use our Calendly scheduling link. When you book a meeting or email us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share for that interaction. Please do not send confidential client records, sensitive procurement material, passwords, or payment information.
How information is used
We use information you provide to respond to requests, arrange meetings, provide requested support, maintain business correspondence, and investigate website or accessibility issues. We may also use information as needed to protect the website or meet applicable legal obligations.
Technical information and hosting
This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Hosting, security, and delivery services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, cookies needed for access, and traffic measurements. During restricted preview access, the hosting platform handles ChatGPT sign-in and may provide verified account information for access control. NC-RGC does not use this website to build a visitor profile or run advertising trackers.
External services and your choices
Calendly handles meeting scheduling on its own website. Links to LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, event organizers, and other external websites are governed by those services’ privacy practices. Opening an external link sends routine connection information to that destination. Google Fonts supplies the website fonts and receives routine browser request information when they load.
The video library retrieves public channel titles and metadata server-side. YouTube players load only after you select Play here; optional thumbnail images load only after you select Show video previews. The independent Florida Startup Ecosystem Map loads only after you select its load button. Loading an embed connects your browser to that provider, which may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. You can use the direct external link instead; the ecosystem embed can also be closed. No additional advertising or marketing analytics scripts have been configured by NC-RGC.
Website assistant
The guided assistant uses a fixed set of reviewed public answers. It does not access client records, private documents, pricing, or external directories, and does not send messages to an AI provider or to NC-RGC. Conversation text is held only in the current page’s memory and is cleared by Reset chat, reloading, or leaving the page. The assistant does not submit an inquiry or make a booking. Use Calendly or email to reach us.
Event listings
Approved public event fields from our Monday.com calendar are stored for website display. Internal owners, comments, attachments, and item descriptions are excluded. Website visitors do not receive access to the Monday board. Event registration takes place on the linked organizer’s website.
Sharing, retention, and security
Information may be handled by service providers supporting hosting, scheduling, communications, and security, or disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety. We keep correspondence and related records only as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, business records, and applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards; no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Requests and assistance
Contact engage@nc-rgc.com to ask about information you have provided, request correction or deletion where applicable, or obtain accessibility assistance. We may need to verify a request and retain information required for legal or legitimate business purposes. The rights available depend on applicable law and the circumstances.

We may update this notice when website features or information practices change. The effective date appears at the top of this page.
