About the event
Our Federal Government is the world’s largest consumer. Trillions of dollars every year are spent on products and services. Like any massive organization, the process is cumbersome and layered with requirements. Understanding the barriers to entry can seem steep. Here we will focus on how to navigate the waters of government procurement.
In Part 3 of this 3-part workshop, we will focus on Responding to opportunities. We will use real, recent opportunities to show what to look for and how to break down those massive documents. Of course, you should read every page of the 150 or more-page request, but we will discuss tips to navigate these documents like experts. We will also discuss the standard 3 components of proposals: approach, past performance, and pricing. Participants will gain a better understanding and feel confident review requirements and developing their own proposals.
